Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from wigwise.online. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you’re buying from

Wagwise is a brand of Pointerflow LLC (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@pointerapps.net or through our contact page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you complete checkout and accepts the methods shown there, such as cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Amazon Pay. We never see or store your full card details.

Promotional codes, where offered, apply as shown at checkout and can’t be combined unless the checkout allows it. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will refund you in full if you’ve already paid the wrong amount.

One-time offers

After checkout we may show an optional offer. To make this one click, Stripe saves your payment method when you buy. We only charge it again if you choose to add the offer, and you’ll see the price before you do. If your bank needs extra confirmation, you’ll be sent to a short checkout page instead.

What you get and how it’s delivered

Digital PDF guides, available to download straight after payment from your download page. We also email you download links. The direct links in the email stay valid for 7 days. The button in the email and your download page always give you fresh links, so keep your email. Nothing is shipped.

If you can’t download your files, contact us and we’ll resend them.

Personal licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the guides on your devices and print them for your own household. Please don’t resell, share publicly, post online or upload the files elsewhere. The guides, text, images and printables remain our property or our licensors’ property.

Educational content, not veterinary advice

Wagwise guides are educational. They don’t replace advice from your veterinarian or a qualified behaviourist, and they don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. If your dog is unwell, in pain, or showing aggression or sudden changes in behaviour, contact a professional promptly. Every dog is different, so we can’t promise a particular result.

Refunds

See our refund policy: a full refund within 30 days if a guide doesn’t help.

Our responsibility

We take care to make the guides accurate and useful, but they’re provided as general information. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that can’t be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Pointerflow LLC is organised, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can put it right.
